Delete Siri calls histor so Apple doesn't listen

Some time ago, the news announced that Apple was listening to consumer conversations with Siri. Apple explained that third parties could not identify users by listening to Siri.

To prevent Apple from listening to your conversation with Siri, open your settings on the iPhone. Tap Privacy. Then tap Analysis and Improvements. Then switch the Improve Siri button and dictation to gray.
Also open iPhone settings to delete the Siri recording. Next, click Siri and Search and tap Siri and dictation history, then click Delete Siri and dictation history.
Apple reports that user history is not deleted, but that it is not connected to the user's iPhone.
